• Continuation of existing Custom Care Plan monitoring & editing as needed

• 10% discount on add-on services

• Ideal for families who have completed Compass or Wayfinder and want sustained support without the full VIP commitment

• In-person visit (if outside service radius): $150/hr plus travel (2hr minimum)

• Emergency consultation (within 24 hours): $100 surcharge

• Standalone Family Communication Tool: $500 (includes one-90 minute consult plus tool).  Ideal for filling out endless intake forms, providing history to medical providers, ensuring that family has a clear understanding of the complete medical picture.
